We are currently seeking Application Engineer to support our outside sales force and drive the complex sales process. In this position you will gather project requirements, determine applicable offerings, and convey total web solutions to the customer via phone and webinars. You will be responsible for gathering requirements for product development based on customer requests and create client quotes. You will also manage sales support activities using company selected CRM management toolset and provide detailed documentation of all sales support activity. Provide various reports to Senior Management and Sales Directors and participate in territory strategy meetings.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in an Engineering or Technology discipline along with 2-4 years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical and technical audience. Experience with web development, internet applications, e-commerce, and/or CAD software a plus. Solution Consulting or other professional internet solution sales support and field use is an advantage. Experience with Microsoft Office and Live Meeting. There is some minimal travel required.
Please note this position include a compensation package that includes a base salary plus incentive based on performance.
